Technical Steering Committee (TSC) should meet at least once per quarter.

  * Change Date, Agenda and Link in *Next TSC meeting* section
  * Add link to new *TSC meeting notes* page in *TSC meeting notes* section

  * Indicate meeting date and link to `Wiki Home page`_ to get virtual meeting
    link
